Mini-Feed’s not in Wikipedia

Now and then, Wikipedia falls short.

In this case, the entry for Facebook lists a few of the system’s features, such as The Wall, Gifts, Pokes and the Marketplace, but the entry doesn’t mention the Mini-Feed (the News Feed is mentioned, but only in passing).

If memory serves, the Mini-Feed announcement caused quite a ruckus. Plenty of people were worried about the privacy implications (though not as much as the recent Beacon uproar), yet today the Mini-Feed seems strategic and essential.

I don’t know enough details about the Feed to add it to the entry myself. I did post this question to the Discussion tab on the page, but it was ignored. Sigh.

In an even stranger twist, “Mini-Feed” aliases directly to the Facebook entry, as if the two were synonymous.
